Beer you have brewed yourself

Long before the great boom in pub breweries and the gastronomic events associated with it had got underway, the qualified master brewer Rudolf Caspary had already realised his vision of a stylish setting with home-brewed beer.
It was Mr Caspary who built the first pub brewery in Braunschweig in 1984, where he took ideas for the reduction of transport and installation costs into account.  This was soon followed by the first such installations ever to be built in the Czech republic, Thailand, China, Japan, Sweden and Korea, installations that are still operated successfully, even today.
