10 hl brewery for Rustavi Bräu on its way to Georgia

In Rustavi, some 25 kilometres south of Tbilisi, Rustavi Bräu is building a high-end restaurant with its own brewery. The customer chose Caspary for two reasons that mattered equally to him: consistently high beer quality and a brewhouse that works as a showpiece in the restaurant.

The 10 hl brewhouse left Germany bound for Georgia, with the customer travelling in to watch the loading in person. The project team used the occasion to settle every detail for a successful opening: on-site installation, raw material supply and the interior design around the brewery.
