That is what stainless steel was invented for.

Beginning of this year we commissioned the new Caspary brewery near Chisinau, Moldova. Here everything works fully automatic: malt milling, 4-vessel-brewhouse with 20hl cast out volume and 3 brews in 12 hours, 2-stage wort cooling, temperature and pressure control of the 20-120hl CCTs, dry hopping with our Hopfi, cross-flow-filtering and bottle filling.
