The founders of the Mill Street Brewery were stepping into unchartered waters as they ventured into the "Craft Beer Brewery" project in the year 2002. The original premises in the Distillery District of Toronto soon became too small and the brewery moved out to make room for the Mill Street Brewpub. After a further expansion the Mill Street Brewery was sold to a new investor in the year 2015 in order to open up new markets for the brewery. The success story of the Mill Street Brew Pubs is now to be continued in St. John´s / Newfoundland and here, too, they trust entirely in the proven technology of CASPARY.
