The historical pubbrewery U Fleků in Prague is very proud of its long history. Beer has been brewn for more than 500 years in U Fleků. They gave Caspary the job to renovate the old brewhouse while taking care of the conservation. Our Company was responsible for the most important steps, beginning with the analysis, followed by the conception, the mounting and the commissioning.
