It goes without saying that when an old long-established family business invests in a new Brewhouse the choice of producer is not made lightly – after all it should still be there for the great grandchildren to enjoy. The Weißgerber family from the Göcklinger Hausbräu GmbH took their time making comparisons and looking closely at different options before taking the logical decision for Caspary, in order to provide this and coming generations with the best equipment to brew fantastic beer and run a healthy business.
