Hövels Microbrewery
Dortmund
The microbrewery Hoevels in Dortmund commissioned Caspary with the conception and realisation of its pub brewery. All key steps, from analysis to conception and on to include assembly and commissioning, were entrusted to us. The brewery has a brewhouse with a brew volume of 10 hl and the tank layout was dimensioned for an annual capacity of 2.000 hl.
