Caspary Bräu

The successful operation of a gastronomic establishment in Obninsk triggered the wish to expand this business division. The aim was to realise a unique restaurant in the region that would stand apart from the usual gastronomic landscape in the long term and so remain both well frequented and successful in the future as well.
The choice was made for the pub brewery concept encompassing both traditional roots and contemporary aspects. An orientation phase soon led to the discovery of Caspary with whom the decision was made to establish a partnership in order to develop a brewery and overall concept. 
Realisation went forward quickly and soon perfect beer was being brewed according to old German Caspary recipes. Just six months after the opening more tanks were supplied in order to meet the high demand for the beer. 
We, the company & family Caspary, see this as a very special project and take great pleasure in the successful partnership and accomplished pub brewery in which Caspary tradition continues to thrive.
