The Khmel brewery commissioned Caspary with the realisation of its brewery installation. All key steps, from analysis to conception and on to include assembly and commissioning, were trusted to Caspary. The brewery has a brewhouse with a brew volume of 2.000 litres and the tank layout was dimensioned for an annual capacity of 5.000 hl.
